HOW TO APPLY TO HOLY SPIRIT ACADEMY

Holy Spirit Academy is still accepting applications for the 2019-2020 academic year, grades 9-12. We also accept transfer student applications throughout the academic year, based on class size and availability.  All admissions and enrollment applications are processed through TADS. Please contact us with interest in transferring, we welcome transfer students!

At your earliest convenience, please schedule a personal interview with the Headmaster for you and your student.

To apply for admission, please click below to begin the online application process. All applications are processed through the TADS website.

 

 

 

PLACEMENT EXAM

Prospective students are required to take a placement exam as part of the application process. Please contact the school at office@holyspiritacademy.org to schedule.

 

Please note: A student need not be Catholic to attend Holy Spirit Academy, however, all students are required to participate in the established curriculum and programs offered during the school day.

TUITION

The expenses associated with choosing an HSA education for your child is a significant commitment. We know that this investment is one of the best you will ever make on behalf of your child. We take our responsibility to protect your investment seriously. We commit to providing an excellent education rich in Catholic tradition, positioning our graduates to be better prepared whether they pursue post-secondary education or enter the work force directly with a foundation that gives them confidence to succeed.

2019-2020 TUITION RATES

  • $7,340 (Board approved 10/2018)

  • Multi-sibling discount (for families not accepting financial assistance):

  • First Student: $7,340

  • Second sibling: $5,505 (25% off)

  • Third sibling: $4,771 (35% off)

 

Book and supply fee per student: $375

New student non-refundable application fee: $75

 

The actual cost to educate each student exceeds tuition charged. Each family is expected to help with fundraising to cover the balance of the costs in the budget.

 

TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. Tuition paid in full (with no financial assistance) by July 1st receives a 3% discount.

2. Tuition paid in 2 installments (due July 1 and December 1. No fee)

3. Tuition paid in 10 monthly installments through TADS with a one-time annual fee of $45.

 

In addition to tuition and the book fee, fees for uniforms and extra-curricular activities may apply.

 

FINANCIAL AID 

TUITION AND FINANCIAL AID

Holy Spirit Academy is committed to maintaining an affordable tuition rate.  Many families will be eligible for some level of financial aid, based on need.  All families may choose from various payment schedules and payment methods offered.  

 

Holy Spirit Academy uses a nationally recognized service, TADS, to process financial aid applications. TADS applies standardized criteria to determine to what extent each family needs assistance to pay for one year’s tuition. Holy Spirit Academy’s financial aid committee uses information from the TADS process to allocate the amount of financial aid available. The TADS Financial Aid Worksheet below, is designed to assist in completing the application.

Financial Aid applications completed through TADS by March 15th will be given priority.
